Housekeeping Spa Assistant

Employer: The Alexander Hotel Collection (Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa)

Location: Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa, East Street, Turners Hill, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH10 4QD

Salary: £22,857.12 + monthly service charge payment

Hours per week: 36 hours per week, 5 days including weekend shifts

Role Responsibilities

  • General cleaning of the spa including changing rooms and toilets, steam room and sauna, poolside, spa reception and relaxation lounge, treatment rooms and corridors, outside terrace and hot tub area.
  • Ensure all guest towels and supplies are replenished and dirty laundry is taken to the in‑house laundry.
  • Complete the daily cleaning schedule and maintain hygiene standards throughout the spa.
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly to the in‑house maintenance team.
  • Work up to 40 hours per week over 5 days per week covering 9am – 5.30pm and 1.30pm – 10pm with weekend shifts as part of the weekly rota.
