The Alexander Hotel Collection is seeking a Sous Chef at Barnett Hill Hotel in Guildford to lead a 6-chef team and 3 porters, delivering high-quality dishes for a 2 Rosette standard. Reporting to Head Chef, you will manage menu development, supplier sourcing, training and service across restaurant, banqueting and events.
Salary: £38,000 per annum plus monthly service charge, with benefits including uniform, parking and extensive hotel family discounts.
