The Place:
Great Fosters Hotel is a Grade 1 listed building situated in 50 acres of gardens and parkland, offering 5 AA Star facilities and an Award‑Winning Tudor Pass. The hotel houses the newly created Utopia Retreat, a boutique spa with three treatment rooms (two single, one double) and a mini reception area by the pool.
Role:
Qualified and experienced Spa Therapists are required to support full‑time therapists during busy weekdays and weekends. Candidates may work only half days if they complete a minimum 4‑hour shift.
Duties:
- Offer a full range of technical face and body treatments during your shift.
- Meet and greet clients upon arrival.
- Complete client consultation cards and information.
- Take guests through the customer journey and explain treatments.
- Ensure treatments meet client requirements.
- Discuss retail products and beauty regimes to enhance guest experience.
- Offer refreshments at conclusion of treatments.
- Liaise with receptionists to ensure correct billing.
