Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa in East Grinstead is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will produce dishes for all service periods across the restaurant, brasserie, fine dining, bar, room service and afternoon tea, working 42.5 hours per week with paid overtime.
We are looking for rosette-standard plating, experience handling multi-menu requirements, and the ability to relocate or live locally with your own transport.
