You will work with 16 chefs and 5 kitchen porters, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner with weekend shifts, gaining experience in a fresh food environment and contributing to award-winning pastry dishes.
You will be supported to learn rosette-standard dishes using local ingredients, with opportunities to grow within a luxury hotel group and enjoy hotel-wide staff benefits.
