5 Red Star, Award winning Utopia Spa, 58 bedrooms including the new luxury Cedar Lodge development and a 2-bedroom self-contained Gatehouse are available for guests.
2 Award winning restaurants, Reflections Restaurant (2 Rosettes x 60 covers), AG’s Restaurant (3 Rosettes x 35covers) together with a range of conference and banqueting and private dining rooms catering for 8 to 95 guests.

Join Alan White, our new Executive Chef and his team creating award winning dishes across a range of fresh menu choices. Our Kitchen Brigade creates dishes for our 3 Rosette AG's Restaurant, 2 Rosette Reflections Restaurant as well as our Banqueting, Room Service and Lounge operations.
The Role
- Working with a team of 16 chefs and 5 Kitchen Porters

- Flexible shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner service including weekend working (5 days per week)
- Gain quality experience in a fresh food environment.
- The passion and drive to respond to training and support and to contribute to the future success of the kitchen brigade who continue to develop award winning dishes.
Requirements
- Quality experience in a fresh food environment
- A desire to gain experience and the passion for learning to create rosette standard dishes from fresh local ingredients.
- Ability to work flexible shifts. 40 hours per week over 5 days.
- Experience within a quality hotel kitchen environment.
- Team player with an ability and desire to contribute to the team’s success.
- Excellent eye for detail and able to deliver consistent standards.
