Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa is seeking a Commis Chef to join an experienced kitchen team. You will help prepare fresh, locally sourced dishes for multiple outlets, including the spa and banqueting operations.
This role offers exposure to rosette‑standard cooking and a busy, high‑quality environment. You will work with a brigade of 16 chefs and 5 porters, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner services across 4–5 days per week, with weekend work required as part of a flexible schedule.
