About the Place: Our luxury Utopia Spa at the 4-Star Rowhill Grange Hotel offers 19 treatment rooms, a double treatment room, gym, hair spa, gardens, two floors of pools, bubble tub, sauna, steam rooms, and a new relaxation room.
The Role: A passionate Spa Therapist will provide a full range of facials, manicures, pedicures and body treatments, ensuring guests have an amazing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Offer full range of technical facial and body treatments during shift
- Meet and greet clients on arrival
- Complete client consultation cards
- Guide guests through the customer journey and explain treatments
- Ensure treatments meet clients’ requirements
- Discuss retail products and beauty regimes to enhance experience
- Offer refreshments in relaxation area at conclusion
- Liaise with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billing
Requirements:
- Shifts: 9.45am–6.15pm, 10.45am–7.15pm, 11.45am–8.15pm
- 32 hours over 4 days, including weekend shifts
- NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, essential
- Completion of trade test with Spa Manager before recruitment
