SPA RECEPTIONIST (37.5 hrs per week) at Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa, Top Dartford Road, Wilington, Dartford, Kent, DA2 7QH.
Salary: £24,784.76 per annum + £100 per month bonus potential + monthly service charge payment.

About the Venue:
Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa is part of Alexander Hotels, a private group of quality hotels of distinction just outside London. The 4-star hotel offers 38 bedrooms, a Clockhouse banqueting suite and a Pavilion conference venue within 15 acres of gardens. The spa spans two floors with pools, bubble tub, sauna, steam rooms, monsoon showers, a new relaxation room, 19 treatment rooms including a double treatment room, a gym, hair spa, and extensive gardens.
The Role:
- Welcoming guests, residents, and members to the Utopia Spa
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Taking individual treatment bookings
- Showing guests around the facilities on arrival
- Liaising with food and beverage departments for guests’ lunch/tea orders
- Liaising with therapists and the Spa Manager regarding client schedules and last-minute bookings
- Compiling bills for spa guests before departure
- Completing computer and manual administration duties
- Preparing daily balancing/banking for the spa before the accounts team
- Adhering to Mystery Guest Standards throughout the working day
Requirements:
- Previous guest service or reception experience is essential
- Excellent personal presentation
- Genuine interest in spas and beauty
- Computer literate with good attention to detail in admin
- Previous beauty knowledge is a distinct advantage
- Ability to work shifts and weekends; 37.5 hours over 5 days per week; shifts will be 6:30 am to 2:30 pm or 1 pm to 9:00 pm
