Salary: Up to £13.68 per hour including holiday pay. Age related pay does apply to this vacancy.
In addition, you will receive a monthly service charge payment based on the number of hours you work.

The spa offers award‑winning facilities including a 2‑bedroom self‑contained Gatehouse, 58 bedrooms, and two award‑winning restaurants.

Role Overview

This is a casual role supporting our full‑time team during busy periods and staff absences, under the direction of the Spa Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of spa rooms including changing rooms, toilets, steam room, sauna, poolside, spa reception, relaxation lounge, treatment rooms and corridors, and outside terrace and hot tub area.
• Ensuring guest towels and supplies are replenished and dirty laundry is transported to the in‑house laundry.
• Completing the daily cleaning schedule and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the spa.
• Reporting maintenance issues to the in‑house maintenance team promptly.
• Working flexible shifts covering 9am–5:30pm and 1:30pm–10pm on a weekly rota, including weekends.
