The Alcohol Company is opening a new off-sales store in Lisburn, and we are now recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused people to join our team. We have opportunities available for:
- Part-Time Sales Assistants
- Full-Time Sales Assistants
- Supervisors
You will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain high store standards and support the responsible retailing of alcohol. Main duties include:
- Serving customers in a polite and professional manner
- Operating tills and handling payments
- Stock replenishment and merchandising
- Checking deliveries and maintaining stock levels
- Keeping the store clean, tidy and well presented
- Following Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol retailing procedures
- Supporting daily store operations
Supervisor duties will also include:
- Opening and closing the store
- Leading and supporting team members
- Cash handling and end-of-day procedures
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Helping drive sales and excellent customer service
We are looking for applicants who are:
