Robbies Pub is a brand-new venue opening soon, and we are looking for an experienced, driven Bar Manager to take charge from day one. This is a rare opportunity to build a pub, your team, and the atmosphere from the ground up.

The Role:
You won’t just be managing—you’ll be creating. From setting standards to building a loyal customer base, you’ll play a key role in making Robbies a go-to local.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up and managing day-to-day bar operations
- Recruiting, training, and developing your team
- Creating a welcoming, lively pub atmosphere
- Managing stock, cellar, and supplier relationships
- Driving trade through events, music, and promotions
- Managing rotas, costs, and performance
- Ensuring compliance with NI licensing and safety regulations
