Robbies Pub is a brand-new venue opening soon, and we are looking for an experienced, driven Bar Manager to take charge from day one. This is a rare opportunity to build a pub, your team, and the atmosphere from the ground up.

The Role:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Setting up and managing day-to-day bar operations
  • Recruiting, training, and developing your team
  • Creating a welcoming, lively pub atmosphere
  • Managing stock, cellar, and supplier relationships
  • Driving trade through events, music, and promotions
  • Managing rotas, costs, and performance
  • Ensuring compliance with NI licensing and safety regulations
