Generis is the specialist training and development department of ADS, delivering accredited and bespoke training. The Lead Development Trainer role is an exciting career opportunity for someone with experience of delivering and developing training. The sector is in the process of developing a national training programme and standards, so the opportunities for development are enormous and the future is exciting.
The successful candidate will join an established team with a reputation for quality and innovation. With a focus on development and growth, you will work alongside the team to expand our portfolio of training. If you have the L3 in Education and Training and a L3 in Leadership and Management or equivalent, then we would like to hear from you.
In return, ADS are offering:
- Salary £30,403 - £36,729
- Generous annual leave, 29 days annual leave per annum, rising to 31 after 2 years’ service and 34 after 5; plus, Public Holidays
