As a member of our team, you will be provided with industry leading training that will enable you to deliver an unforgettable experience to every guest, every time. As a duty manager you are the guardian of the perfect shift. You will run day to day operations, while relaying a strong passion for Alchemist culture. You must aspire to teach and develop others and work towards picking up departmental management specifics including rota's, orders and financials. You are a leader and people will look to you to be an example.
