As a member of our team, you will be provided with industry leading training that will enable you to deliver an unforgettable experience to every guest, every time.

General Managers lead a motivated and energetic team and ensure our guests receive the outstanding service they have come to expect. Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Responsibilities

  • You are required to nurture, lead and motivate the management team at all levels, inclusive of kitchen management & BDMS.
  • You must inspire them to curate both cultural and service excellence whilst also providing the benchmark for them to aspire to.
  • Your focus will be providing outstanding guest & staff care, adhering to company specifications and P&L.
  • You will be responsible for the venue performance as a whole, inclusive of sales & EBITDA, stock control, wage control & team performance.
  • You will write & present annual budget presentations, partake in regular KMI meetings and generally oversee the management of all teams.
