The Alchemist is an industry-leading cocktail bar and restaurant, pushing the boundaries of theatrical cocktails, exciting serves, and amazing team members.

Our menu boasts over 50 signature cocktails, each designed for theatre and guest interaction. We employ cutting-edge techniques such as dry-ice, spherification, clarification, carbonation, and flavored edible airs.

We serve drinks on fire, in lightbulbs, and in edible cups.

All bartenders start by learning the role of bar support, as understanding each ingredient is fundamental for a well-rounded bartender.

Our bartenders are paired with a qualified trainer for 3 weeks to ensure familiarity with our recipes and to provide support before certification.
