About this opportunity:
- Customer Service: Providing impeccable customer service to all customers, creating a personalised shopping experience for the Aje customer by effectively educating them on the sustainable fabrics, features, fit, and functionality of the product. Acting as a brand ambassador driven by your love for the brand. Processing sales accurately through cash handling and the POS (point of sale) system.
- Inventory Management: Actioning and managing all Floor to Door transactions, Click and Collects and Ship from store transactions in a timely manner. Receive, inspect and unpack all incoming shipments, highlighting any discrepancies, damages and delays. Process damaged stock on a timely basis according to company guidelines. Accepting new deliveries and ensuring stock is unpacked, neat and tidy with correct labels attached. Managing fortnightly stock rotation from 'home' back room to offsite (if the home has an offsite). Reporting, investigating and managing stock discrepancies efficiently. Work with management team to understand sales trends and arrange back of house stock to ensure trending items can be accessed in a timely manner. Ensuring product labels are constantly maintained to reflect accurate stock position for functionality.
