Volunteer Stock Sorter
Hours: Flexible
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
As a Volunteer Stock Sorter, you help sort, prepare and organise donated items for sale in our charity shops. Your work supports the Air Ambulance Service in generating income that keeps our helicopters flying and our critical care teams available.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sort through donated clothing, accessories, books, homeware and other items
- Assess donations to ensure they are suitable for sale and meet quality standards
- Organise and prepare stock for pricing and display within our charity shops
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised stockroom
- Assist with moving, storing and rotating stock as required
- Work alongside retail staff and fellow volunteers to maximise the value of every donation
- Follow health‑and‑safety procedures, including safe manual handling practices
- Represent the Air Ambulance Service positively through your commitment and teamwork
