What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to the maintenance, decorating and facilities needs of the retail portfolio, ensuring that all works are completed to a high and safe standard and actioned in a timely manner.
• Engaging in self-development to learn new skills.
• Working closely with Retail Facilities and Compliance Manager, Head of Retail operations, Shop teams, Volunteers and external contractors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks and redecoration in line with our new branding.
• Full manual UK Driving Licence.
• Accurate, Conscientious and self-motivated.
• Ability to plan and organise own workload.
• Demonstrable excellent communication skills.
• Genuine interest in the work of TAAS.

• Understanding of Health and Safety policies in the workplace.
• Willingness to contribute to own personal development.
• Good IT skills.
