What You’ll Be Doing:
As The Air Ambulance Service embarks on an exciting digital transformation project called "Mission Connect" to replace our finance system and fundraising CRM and join up our supporter data efficiently and effectively across the organisation, we are looking for an experienced business analyst to bridge the gaps across people, processes and technology. This role will be part detective, part facilitator and part change leader as you guide Key Users through projects that are truly transformational.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a business analyst role within at least one fundraising CRM migration or a similar digital transformation project.
- Flexible and solutions-focussed attitude to adapting skills and experience to the current context and project approach.
- Organised and able to provide task breakdown, timings and resource needed ahead of time to secure this with Project Manager and Key Users and ensure tasks and decisions this role is responsible for delivering are completed in line with overall project plan requirements.
- Confident business analyst able to communicate effectively, lead teams through change and build trust in your experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive decision making and progress actions.
- Calm, solution-focussed approach to solving complex problems, and the ability to identify and communicate to others a clear way through.
- Understanding of Data Protection regulations and standards, and interdependencies between data processes and compliance.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and work collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management abilities.
- Previous experience of migrating to Microsoft Dynamics as a CRM desired.
- BC International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent would be desirable but not essential.
