What You'll Be Doing
To maximise sales and profits of your shop. Responsible for guiding and managing a group of individuals, both employees and volunteers, to achieve specific goals and objectives. You will provide direction, support, and motivation to the team members, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication within the team. Proactively support and encourage both personal and professional development of your team. Run the shop autonomously, ensuring delivery of a profitable and customer‐focused shop.
