To lead the successful operation of The Air Ambulance Service’s specialist Music Charity Shop, driving sustainable income to support our lifesaving services through strong commercial leadership, exceptional retail standards and an outstanding customer experience.
The Shop Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets while creating a destination retail experience for music enthusiasts, collectors and supporters.
Drawing on a passion for music and an understanding of the market, the role will maximise the value of donated music stock, identify opportunities to increase income and ensure the shop remains an exciting and welcoming place to visit.
The role also includes recruiting, leading and developing a dedicated team of volunteers, maintaining excellent visual merchandising and operational standards, and acting as a passionate ambassador for The Air Ambulance Service, building strong relationships within the local community and encouraging ongoing support for our charity.
