What You’ll Be Doing

To lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the shop ensuring income targets are met in line with our organisational objectives. The shop manager will motivate and manage a diverse team including volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and efficient stock rotation.

The role is subject to a Basic DBS check.
