We’re on the lookout for a Driver and Warehouse Operative to support the Newark Shop. What You’ll Be Doing

The Driver/Warehouse Operative supports the smooth running of regional logistics operations across the Rotor Hub and Blade model. This includes the collection and delivery of stock, furniture, and donated goods, as well as the safe and efficient handling and processing of items within the warehouse. This is a customer‑facing, active role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a values‑led approach to teamwork, safety, and service.

Essential Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence (clean)
  • Comfortable with regular manual handling of heavy and bulky items
  • Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery environment
  • Knowledge of safe loading, unloading, and goods movement practices
  • Understanding of geographical working area
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience completing delivery records, stock sheets, or basic admin tasks
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong team player, clear communicator, and self‑motivated contributor
  • Conscientious and reliable, with good attention to detail
