- What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting the Shop Manager in maintaining the day‑to‑day operation of the shop
- Planning and managing deliveries and collections
- Operating the agreed stock rotation system and pricing structure
- Ensuring an efficient back‑room operation
- Delivery of budgeted sales targets and maximising profit
- Providing excellent customer service
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the shop team
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours as required
- A flexible approach to allow adaptability to the changing needs of the organisation.
- Time‑management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.

Desirable
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Experience working with volunteers

- Experience in the charity, NHS or public sector.
