Location: Gamston Base – Retford Airport

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (40hpw)

Salary: Basic ÂŁ30,688.85, plus ÂŁ292 monthly premium

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Crew Member, you will provide support to specialist neonatal and paediatric clinicians during NCAA transfers, while working alongside our pilots and Airdesk Coordinators. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader for NCAA, you will be based at Retford (Gamston) Airport on a full‑time basis. You will be the technical expert for the bespoke NCAA interior, stretcher system and incubator, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and carrying out tasks to keep the aircraft and base fully operational and ready for tasking.

The role is non‑clinical and does not involve direct patient care, but requires a clinical background to understand the importance of working within a multi‑disciplinary team, managing medical devices, and supporting the safe transfer of patients. Our current crew includes members from Emergency Care Assistant, Ambulance Technician, Associate Practitioner and Paramedic backgrounds.
