What You’ll Be Doing:
The Driver/Warehouse Operative supports the smooth running of regional logistics operations across the Rotor Hub and Blade model. This includes the collection and delivery of stock, furniture, and donated goods, as well as the safe and efficient handling and processing of items within the warehouse. This is a customer-facing, active role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a values-led approach to teamwork, safety, and service.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable with regular manual handling of heavy and bulky items
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery environment
- Knowledge of safe loading, unloading, and goods movement practices
- Understanding of geographical working area
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience completing delivery records, stock sheets, or basic admin tasks
- Strong team player, clear communicator, and self-motivated contributor
- Conscientious and reliable, with good attention to detail
Desirable:
- Prior experience working with donations, second-hand goods, or in a charity environment
- Experience supporting volunteers or working in a team with varied abilities
- Ability to identify items of high value or suitability for online resale
