We’re seeking a Head of Ecommerce & IT Asset Reuse to drive sustainable income growth through online trading, digital innovation and customer insight. Leading all e-commerce and IT Asset Reuse activities, you will maximise the value of donated stock and IT assets through effective merchandising, marketplace development and data-driven decision making. Working closely with Retail, Marketing, Supporter Engagement and Finance teams, you will ensure our physical and digital channels operate as a seamless income-generating function while delivering excellent customer and supporter experiences. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead our E-Commerce and IT Asset Reuse strategy to drive sustainable income growth through online trading, digital innovation and data-led decision making.
  • Oversee all online trading activities, maximise the value of donated stock and IT assets, and develop strategic partnerships to expand income opportunities.
  • Work closely with retail teams to create a seamless omnichannel model while ensuring strong governance, compliance and information security standards.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team, champion continuous improvement, and take ownership of budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A commercially driven leader with proven experience in e-commerce, digital retail or commercial trading.

  • Strong knowledge of online retail, marketplace operations and commercial analysis, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and make informed, data-led decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of developing high-performing teams and building effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in charity retail, IT Asset Reuse, multi-channel retailing, CRM or EPOS systems, and information governance would be advantageous.
