Record Shop Manager – Music Specialist

Location: Upper Holloway, London, N19 5QT

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a creative, motivated, customer‑focused shop manager with a passion for music to oversee the National Children’s Air Ambulance charity shop. The role focuses on maximizing the potential of the music department while inspiring a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Shop Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operation of the specialist music charity shop, ensuring sales and profitability targets are met. Key duties include developing an attractive range of vinyl, CDs and related items; sourcing and pricing collectables; maintaining visual merchandising standards; recruiting, leading and developing volunteers; and acting as an ambassador for the Air Ambulance Service within the local community.
