  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, motivate and support a mixed team of paid staff and volunteers to achieve daily operational and service goals
  • Accurately complete daily cashing-up procedures in line with organisational policies
  • Complete compliance checks including health & safety, and operational standards
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and stored appropriately
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular replenishment and stock rotation
  • Ensure displays are well-presented, fully stocked, and meet merchandising standards
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date.
  • Able to demonstrate effective people management experience
  • Collaborative approach to achieving departmental and wider organisational objectives
  • Passion for the work that TAAS does
  • Proven experience of working in a similar role at a similar level.
  • Ideally hold a Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene Certification.
  • Experience of meeting and exceeding targets within a catering environment.
  • Highly organised with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
