- What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate and support a mixed team of paid staff and volunteers to achieve daily operational and service goals
- Accurately complete daily cashing-up procedures in line with organisational policies
- Complete compliance checks including health & safety, and operational standards
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and stored appropriately
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular replenishment and stock rotation
- Ensure displays are well-presented, fully stocked, and meet merchandising standards
- What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date.
- Able to demonstrate effective people management experience
- Collaborative approach to achieving departmental and wider organisational objectives
- Passion for the work that TAAS does
- Proven experience of working in a similar role at a similar level.
- Ideally hold a Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene Certification.
- Experience of meeting and exceeding targets within a catering environment.
- Highly organised with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
