What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maximise sales and profits of the shop.
  • Guide and manage a group of individuals, both employees and volunteers to achieve specific goals and objectives.
  • Provide direction, support, and motivation to team members, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Proactively support and encourage both personal and professional development of your team.
  • Run the shop autonomously, ensuring delivery of a profitable and customer-focused shop.
