Job Title: Registered Manager

Reports to: Director
Salary: Β£40,000 – Β£45,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
About the Role
We are seeking a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care service based in Perivale (UB6). You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and the effective management of staff.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader with a strong understanding of CQC requirements and a passion for person-centred care. The role offers a hybrid work model to support a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring a positive and professional culture.
* Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
* Manage and monitor the quality of care and support provided to service users.
* Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and development.
* Prepare and implement individualised care plans and risk assessments.
* Carry out regular audits and quality assurance activities.
* Liaise with families, health professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with statutory requirements.
* Effectively manage service budgets and resources.
Essential Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
* Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a regulated care setting.
* In-depth understanding of CQC compliance and best practice in care delivery.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
* Ability to manage staff performance and foster team development.
* Enhanced DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK.
Desirable
* Previous experience as a CQC-registered manager.

* Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
