BARTENDER – AUTHENTIC INDIAN RESTAURANT Location: Ruislip Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Shifts: Evenings and weekends required THE ROLE Friendly and professional bartender needed to join a growing authentic Indian restaurant. Responsible for crafting drinks, serving customers, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines • Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area • Handle cash and card transactions accurately • Follow health and safety regulations • Support the team during busy service periods REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL: • Minimum 1 year bartending or hospitality experience • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Good communication skills • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays • Right to work in the UK DESIRABLE: • Knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation • Cash handling experience • Experience working in high-volume environments WHAT\’S OFFERED • Competitive salary • On-the-job training and development • Staff meals during shifts • Opportunity to grow within the business
