The AI Whistleblower Initiative seeks an Operations executor to strengthen foundations for a distributed team across EU, UK, and US time zones.

You will own ops execution, keeping processes reliable and scalable while supporting hiring, onboarding, finance, HR admin, and reporting.

You’ll work closely with the Founder’s Associate and a wider team to ensure high standards and smooth operations for company-wide initiatives.
