Role Description:

  • Building relationships with training providers to become approved AIB centres
  • Managing the full sales cycle — prospecting, conversion, onboarding
  • Managing existing client relationships and maximising customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing third-party sales agents and partners
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and events
  • Representing AIB at sector conferences and events
  • Reporting directly to the MD

What we're looking for:

  • Experience selling to or working with training providers
  • Background in education or the qualifications/awarding sector
  • Can talk about AI credibly and convincingly
  • Self-directed — this is a first commercial hire, with potential to build a team
  • Remote, UK-based

The package: £50,000 base + up to £30,000 commission (OTE £80,000)
