Role Description:
- Building relationships with training providers to become approved AIB centres
- Managing the full sales cycle — prospecting, conversion, onboarding
- Managing existing client relationships and maximising customer satisfaction
- Overseeing third-party sales agents and partners
- Supporting marketing campaigns and events
- Representing AIB at sector conferences and events
- Reporting directly to the MD
What we're looking for:
- Experience selling to or working with training providers
- Background in education or the qualifications/awarding sector
- Can talk about AI credibly and convincingly
- Self-directed — this is a first commercial hire, with potential to build a team
- Remote, UK-based
The package: £50,000 base + up to £30,000 commission (OTE £80,000)
