The Agency are currently recruiting for a Transport Planner/ Manager to join a well‑established and growing logistics operation based in Leicestershire. This is a hands‑on position, ideal for someone who still enjoys being involved in route planning, fleet coordination, and day‑to‑day transport operations — not just managing from a distance. You'll play a key role in ensuring deliveries run efficiently while contributing ideas to improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and optimising daily delivery routes

Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience as a Transport Manager / Transport Planner / Distribution Manager
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) – essential
- Strong experience in route planning and fleet management
- Knowledge of transport compliance and driver regulations
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Desirable
- Experience within multi‑drop distribution
- Experience managing drivers and small teams
- Background in fast‑paced logistics environments
