What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and grow strong, profitable relationships across merchants, buying groups and contractors
  • Proactively identify and convert new opportunities across a manufactured product range and off-site solutions
  • Raise the company’s profile in the region through regular customer engagement and industry presence
  • Plan and manage customer visits that add value, not just tick boxes
  • Track upcoming projects and future workload to stay ahead of demand
  • Keep close to the market, understanding competitor activity and emerging trends
  • Use the CRM system to capture activity, opportunities and insights, ensuring nothing is missed
  • Manage site visits and customer requirements with confidence and professionalism
