This is a field-based role covering South Wales and the South West, managing and growing a part established territory while opening doors to new business & cross selling. You’ll be trusted to shape your patch, build long-term partnerships, and become a familiar, credible face with customers who value expertise and reliability. You won’t be handed a script. You’ll be given autonomy, backing, and a product range that stands up to scrutiny.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and grow strong, profitable relationships across merchants, buying groups and contractors
- Proactively identify and convert new opportunities across a manufactured product range and off-site solutions
- Raise the company’s profile in the region through regular customer engagement and industry presence
- Plan and manage customer visits that add value, not just tick boxes
- Track upcoming projects and future workload to stay ahead of demand
- Keep close to the market, understanding competitor activity and emerging trends
- Use the CRM system to capture activity, opportunities and insights, ensuring nothing is missed
- Manage site visits and customer requirements with confidence and professionalism
