On behalf of our client, we are seeking an accomplished, high-caliber wealth management professional to manage and scale a high-value portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. Operating as a senior individual contributor, the successful candidate will have full autonomy over their portfolio, driving asset growth and revenue generation within a highly regulated framework.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Act as the primary relationship director for a dedicated portfolio of private clients (£1m+ segment), ensuring an elite standard of service across banking, fiduciary, credit, and investment solutions.
- Strategic Growth: Drive business development by originating new HNWI relationships, expanding existing wallet share, and leveraging professional networks and referrals to meet personal and regional targets.
- Compliant Advisory: Deliver holistic, suitable, and meticulously documented financial advice in strict alignment with internal governance and regulatory standards.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Provide direct line management, mentorship, and performance development to Wealth Advisers and Executives, while collaborating with internal specialists to solve complex client needs.
- Market Presence: Act as a brand ambassador in the market, enhancing the firm's reputation through active networking and industry engagement.
- Private Banking Expertise: Extensive experience operating within a premium wealth management or private banking environment.
- HNW Track Record: Proven success in managing, advising, and retaining a portfolio of HNW individuals (£1m+ AUM tier).
- Commercial & Risk Acumen: Strong commercial drive balanced with a disciplined understanding of conduct risk, advice suitability, and regulatory frameworks.
- For Senior Level: Minimum RDR Level 6 compliant investment qualification (Essential).
- For Mid-Level: Minimum RDR Level 4 with a commitment to achieving Level 6 swiftly (Essential).
- Lending: CeMAP or an equivalent regulated lending qualification is highly desirable (or a willingness to obtain it).
- Full commitment to maintaining required CPD and regulatory standing.
