Admin/Carer Beaconsfield Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Pay: £12.70 per hour (weekday admin hours) Additional weekend care hours paid at the carer rate An established home care provider based in Beaconsfield is seeking a reliable and compassionate Admin/Carer to join their supportive team. This is a varied role combining office-based administrative support during the week with hands-on care responsibilities at weekends. Its ideal for someone whos organised, confident using IT systems, and enjoys helping others both behind the scenes and out in the community. Key Responsibilities Administrative duties include: Supporting the Registered Manager and office team with daily administrative tasks Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries Maintaining accurate client and staff records using Birdie Assisting with rota coordination, scheduling, and cover management Supporting recruitment and onboarding (posting adverts, arranging interviews, references, compliance checks) Preparing and updating documentation such as care plans, reports, and correspondence Filing, photocopying, and other general office duties Care duties (weekends): Providing person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times About You Previous experience in a care or office-based environment (essential) Confident using IT systems (Birdie experience desirable) Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A caring, compassionate, and professional approach Whats on Offer £12.70 per hour (weekday admin hours) Additional weekend pay at the carer rate 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday Supportive, friendly working environment Ongoing training and development opportunities A meaningful role where you can make a real difference TPBN1_UKTJ
