We’re proud to be working in partnership with Monster Energy, the global leader in energy drinks, to recruit a talented and driven Technical Services Specialist to join their EMEA Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and analytical professional to join a fast-paced, global business and play a key role in supporting technical processes, supplier management and production readiness.
The Role
- Managing, logging and tracking print and colour samples submitted by suppliers
- Maintaining accurate technical records, databases and physical and digital sample archives
- Monitoring supplier compliance with agreed processes and submission requirements
- Working closely with suppliers to resolve missing, late or incomplete submissions
- Analysing sample and compliance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Preparing reports, dashboards and KPI summaries to support the Technical Services team
- Supporting production verification by cross-checking supplier submissions against production plans and technical requirements
- Highlighting discrepancies, risks and non-conformities and supporting continuous improvement across Technical Services processes
About You
- We’re looking for someone who brings a strong eye for detail, a methodical approach and a genuine interest in technical processes and data.
- Experience in an administrative, technical support, quality, manufacturing or supplier-facing environment
- Experience working with data, records management or process administration
- Experience within packaging, printing, manufacturing or a supplier environment would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to analyse data, identify trends and maintain accurate databases and records
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
