The Advocate Group are proud to represent a global FMCG business seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join their EMEA legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment where collaboration, commercial thinking, and legal expertise are highly valued.
The Role:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, including distribution, manufacturing, logistics, services, software licenses, leases, and procurement contracts across the UK and EMEA.
- Provide practical legal advice to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage legal risks effectively.
- Support and mentor junior legal team members.
- Maintain contract templates and ensure best practice in contract management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor with strong commercial contract experience.
- Experience in FMCG or wider Manufacturing sectors.
- Experience in handling commercial contracts for Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics or Procurement.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to non-legal colleagues.
- Positive, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
