Exclusive partnership with Monster Energy on a senior Engineering Manager role supporting Western Europe—highly visible within their EMEA operations network. This role sits at the sharp end of production, packaging and supplier performance. You’ll be hands-on across plant start-ups, line trials and OEM relationships, travelling extensively across EMEA (circa 70%) to ensure Monster's packaging and engineering standards are executed flawlessly at scale. It's a role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, influencing partners, solving real manufacturing challenges and setting standards rather than inheriting them.
