The Role:

We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark and achieve category growth and brand credibility. Here’s how:

  • Proactively manage relationships with key retail accounts to become the preferred category advisor.
  • Deliver best-in-class category management by driving growth and optimising the product range.
  • Initiate and lead retailer-specific category projects, including range reviews and merchandising.
  • Support promotional planning and evaluate activity for maximum ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights from data analysis and shopper behaviour trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement bespoke customer plans.

About You:

  • Proven experience in category management within major retail environments.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with expertise in tools like Nielsen and IRI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • A cultural fit that aligns with the organisation’s values and behaviours.
