They are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing & Promotions Manager to coordinate marketing efforts across their venues. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and passionate about live music—particularly electronic music. They thrive in a collaborative team and excel in managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Management: Implement and oversee day-to-day actions as part of their broader marketing strategy, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns.
- Event Launch Coordination: Play a pivotal role in managing lineup and ticket launch campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and external agencies to develop innovative event marketing strategies.
- Marketing Systems Oversight: Maintain and support the central marketing system, ensuring data accuracy and team alignment.
- Performance Reporting: Provide weekly updates on marketing and communications performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Required Experience
- Event Marketing Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, with a strong understanding of managing venue marketing calendars.
- Industry Knowledge: Enthusiastic about electronic music, with experience working with artists’ management on marketing approvals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Mailchimp, and ticketing platforms such as Skiddle and Resident Advisor.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail.
