We\’re looking for a Trade and Shopper Marketing Manager , you will create and execute trade marketing strategies and plans within defined budgets and timelines, driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Account Manager, Brand Manager, and team members to develop trade marketing strategies that align with brand objectives. Analyse the relevant product category to identify growth opportunities. Assess past and current competitor activities to identify gaps and provide insights. Develop, execute, and monitor trade marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand goals. Implement trade marketing plans by: Partnering with National Account Managers to craft tailored strategies. Designing and producing marketing materials for retail customers. Monitoring and managing budgets in collaboration with clients and trade channels. Support sales teams by: Delivering brand updates. Representing brand expertise during customer meetings. Utilise market data to provide actionable insights for enhancing brand performance with major retailers and trade channels. Perform additional duties as required to support the role. Experience and Skills Required: Recent and relevant experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the consumer goods sector. Familiarity with grocery and/or pharmacy trade sectors is an advantage. Strong commercial and financial acumen for forecasting, planning, and presenting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting. Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint to create professional presentations. Competent in Microsoft Word for drafting documents and meeting minutes. Ability to use internal databases for reporting and presentations. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, including senior leadership. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Attention to detail to ensure work quality and professionalism.
