We are working with a drinks wholesaler who are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager with a love for the On Trade and strong relationship-building skills to join their continued growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality or the drinks industry looking to move into a field-based sales role within the On Trade sector.

The Role:

  • Managing customer and partner relationships in line with the wider business strategy.
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed annual targets.
  • Working alongside valued supply partners, including leading drinks brands.
  • Developing long-term customer relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • Identifying new opportunities across the territory and supporting business growth.
  • Delivering against agreed sales, distribution and profitability targets.
  • Coordinating activity with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitoring territory performance and maintaining accurate reporting.
  • Negotiating pricing, promotions and commercial agreements in line with company policy.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to customers, supporting them to grow their business.
