Sales Account Manager – Germany Hybrid – Berlin HQ The Advocate Group are pleased to be working with a high-growth, globally recognised drinks business to recruit a Channel Manager for their Home Market team in Germany. With US headquarters and a strong international presence, the company has rapidly scaled across EMEA over the past 15 years. Their category-leading portfolio is now sold in over 140 markets, supported by a bold and energetic brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a commercially strategic role at the heart of the German market, working cross-functionally with both internal teams and key bottling partners. Own and grow the classic retail, discount, and drugstore channels within the German market. Analyse and interpret market data to drive insights, identify trends, and shape long- and short-term strategy. Build channel sell-in decks and sales presentations that influence and engage internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with key account teams and the Channel Director to develop and deliver actionable plans that align with broader strategic goals. Act as the commercial bridge between the brand and bottling partners, ensuring energy category objectives are prioritised and delivered. Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and insights teams to drive portfolio performance across all channels. Champion the brand's distinctive identity in-market and help bring its strategy to life. At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial, channel, or category role within FMCG or beverage. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into action. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint with confidence in using market data tools such as Nielsen or Drotax. You’ll work in a collaborative, high-energy environment and play a key role in driving performance across one of the brand’s most critical markets.
